SUBJECT: Minor site update

A while ago I made some experimental updates to a copy of the site's home page
and asked for help testing the changes[1]. A big thank you to everybody who
provided feedback. As a result I have now pushed the changes live across the
whole site. In a desktop browser you should now have nicely centred pages.
Mobile users should find it easier to read the pages. Users with older or text
based browsers should see no difference.

The changes were minimal consisting of 4 CSS style rules, one META tag for
mobile browsers and a LINK tag to pull in the 8 line style sheet - I kept it
external so it could be cached between pages.
