SUBJECT: SSL on hold, overhauling entities & command processing

Sorry folks but I've had to abandon the SSL changes for now :( First I was
hacking the utils/config package, then the utils/recordjar package then the
client package and it just started snowballing from there. At that point I
called it a day.

At the moment I have major structural changes to make to the code - one reason
we are still in prototype mode.

First on my list is reimplementing how entities and command processing is
done. This is a major change that will require pulling apart the command
processor and probably reimplementing the current entities package - which
will also need restructuring anyway.

*sigh*

After this upheaval things should be a lot simpler and more manageable. It
will also make the code feel more like Go and less like hacked together
Goop[1]. At least that's the idea. Actually this change is long overdue - I've
been thinking about it a lot for a long, long time.
